I've spent nearly two decades helping organizations strengthen their brands and deliver superior customer experiences.
My emphasis as a marketer is to push the limits of what my clients believe is possible, not just for their own brands—but for their customers too.
I encourage clients to think deeply about one question: “Other than to make money, why are you in business?” I believe your “why” should be a part of the fabric of everything you communicate internally to employees and externally to customers.
My diverse experience encompasses marketing strategy, messaging, and positioning; digital marketing and marketing automation; web usability and user experience strategy; conversion optimization and SEO; learning design and development; copywriting, ghostwriting, and editing; and sales enablement.
I founded my consultancy, Wordwealthy, in 2008. I've also held executive and managerial roles at Intrepid Learning, Forrester Research (formerly Giga Information Group), State Street Global Advisors, EMC (formerly Documentum/eRoom Technology), and Bearing Point Consulting (formerly KPMG).
My work and collaborations with customers have won numerous marketing and learning industry awards for strategy and content. I'm a proud graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and currently reside in Boston, MA.
"I’ve worked with Laura Walsh for several years now and exceptional is the word that comes to mind when I think of her. One of the most talented ghostwriters and copywriters I’ve had the pleasure to work with, her style is smart and approachable—an unbeatable combination when it comes to crafting copy people actually want to read."
